His father died at 62 from prostate cancer. He smoked 2 packs of cigarettes daily for 20 years. He recently quit smoking a year ago when he began having shortness of breath. Labs reveal a normal urinalysis and CBC, a PSA of 5.0. A DRE reveals an enlarged, nodular prostate.
