Criminal Justice Research Methods

Consider the following question: Does serving time in prison make criminals “worse”? The definition of “worse” is up to you (i.e., worse in terms of what?). Present one research hypothesis incorporating your definition that is related to the question above. Next, describe one research design that could be used to test your hypothesis. You must choose one of the general types of research designs discussed in the presentations (experimental, quasi-experimental, or non-experimental), and then describe the specific aspects of your design. Explain how this design is either experimental, quasi-experimental, or non-experimental.
