Module 6: Students will complete the questionnaire again and calculate the authentic leadership score. Students will develop a 2-3 page typed reflection of the results addressing each of the following points:

  1. Identify the total score and discuss any change in scores from the last time you took The Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire (Module 1). Does it demonstrate growth?
  2. Define your vision of leadership. How do you communicate your vision?
  3. Based on the results of this questionnaire, describe your approach to personal leadership development.
  4. Do these approaches align with the proposed strategies that men or women might use to enhance their effectiveness as leaders?
  5. From the results, discuss how the environment, empowerment, and mentoring influence your leadership development.
