Neo-liberalism and Libertarianism

 The purpose of this assignment is to make connections between the TED Talks provided, the associated readings, and the course material for the module you choose to write a paper for. For each of the three units in this course, you will submit one paper based on a specific TED Talk. Within the three units you will select one module and you will submit a paper for that module by Sunday of the appropriate week.
